Regarding the anonymous post recently shared in the “Hỏi đáp du học Nhật Bản” Facebook group (attached image below), Jellyfish Vietnam would like to provide the following official response:
1.The article about Fuji Japanese Language School on our website was published solely for informational purposes, introducing licensed Japanese language schools (approved by Japan’s Ministry of Justice), similar to our other articles about various Japanese language schools.
The content provides an overview of the school and does not include our subjective evaluation of its educational quality or any solicitation for enrollment.
2. In light of the post mentioned above, we are working to cross-check information from multiple sources to verify the current operational status of Fuji Japanese Language School. We will update or adjust the information on our websites if necessary based on these findings.
3. We would also like to note that the operational status of Japanese language schools may change after they are licensed. Given that there are approximately 700 schools and limited resources (for us and many other organizations), there may be delays in updating previously published information. Nonetheless, we are committed to working with a spirit of continuous improvement and will keep striving to provide objective, accurate updates to our customers.
4. To date, we have introduced two students to study at Fuji Japanese Language School (for the October 2022 and April 2023 intakes). Both students are close friends who independently chose this school. They have since completed their studies, and we have not received any negative feedback regarding the quality of education from either student.
5. When advising and recommending schools to our customers, we are committed to updating the latest operational status and verifying the credibility of each institution at the time of enrollment, ensuring the protection of our customers’ best interests as well as our own reputation.
6. At this time, we have not been able to verify the identity of the individual who posted the information. The post uses only images related to Jellyfish among many organizations that have published information about Fuji Japanese Language School.
Since the post was made anonymously and commenting features were disabled, it has been challenging to gather additional context. We hope to establish contact with the poster to better understand the situation at Fuji Japanese Language School, allowing us to make a more objective and accurate assessment.
7. Should it be determined that the post was made with malicious intent to damage our reputation, we will pursue the necessary legal actions to protect our rights and interests.
Over the past 15 years of operation and service in the Vietnamese market, Jellyfish Vietnam has overcome many challenges to sustain and grow our activities.
We understand that the reputation of an organization is built not only on achievements but also on how it responds to feedback and constructive criticism from customers and the community.
For this reason, we deeply value all feedback — both positive and critical — as opportunities to continually enhance our service quality and ensure transparency and accuracy in the information we provide.
